The purpose of our brain is to help us surive – it doesn’t actually know the difference between good or bad thoughts We have 70,000 thoughts a day and 95% of these are unconscious that we are unaware we are having, which leads 5% to be aware of what we are doing. So half of our behaviours and actions are governed and motivated from memory and our beliefs. Our brains believe everything we tell it, so to change the results you have to change how you communicate with your brain to properly tell it what it is you want. When people say your thoughts create your reality it is because your body reacts to the thoughts you have and your thoughts create feelings which then leads to actions. These daily thoughts will simply make you feel good. First you make your beliefs, then your beliefs make you.
